Lots of dirty fruit and vegetables. What do you recommend. I don’t have access to Tsunami.

Strawberries last at least 3, prob 4 times longer in the fridge when washed in vinegar and water.

When I just wash with water, I find the shelf life is lower.

So, I would highly recommend a white vinegar wash (again, 3:1 water to white vinegar, soak for 5 mins in cold water) any veggies you want to use, especially if you are making salads for the whole week on a Sunday.

I would like to add, if not already stated, that it’s not a good idea to use malt vinegar if you are gluten-free. That was all!
